Who we are
Emeksense Limited is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 16428861. Our registered office is Unit A 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St. Edmunds, England, IP28 7DE.
For questions or requests about your information, email info@emeksense.com.
When you get in touch
We receive your name, email address and message, together with any organisation or enquiry topic you choose to provide. We use this information to answer your question, discuss potential work and keep track of the conversation.
For general business enquiries, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and developing relevant business relationships. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you, we use the information needed for those steps. We do not add you to a marketing list or create an account when you enquire.
Please keep your first message high-level. Avoid confidential production records, sensitive technical files and personal information about other people.
How your message reaches us
When on-site sending is enabled, the form passes your enquiry through Resend to our company inbox, with a copy to an owner-managed Google Gmail inbox for responding to enquiries. Our hosting service processes the request, and our mailbox service stores the correspondence. Authorised people at Emeksense use it to respond.
If on-site sending is unavailable, the form prepares a draft for your own email app. Preparing or copying that draft does not send it to us. The form tells you which route is available.
Our website hosting and email providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Resend describes processing in the United States. You can read the Resend privacy notice, Railway privacy notice and the Google privacy notice, or contact us for information about the arrangements applying to your enquiry.
Protecting the enquiry form
When security checks are enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile helps distinguish people from automated submissions. It runs automatically when the contact form is shown and processes technical signals, including your IP address, browser and device information. We verify its response before sending an enquiry. We use this to protect the service from spam and misuse, not for advertising or visitor analytics. If verification is unavailable, you can email us directly.
See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its processing details.
How long we keep enquiries
We review and delete enquiries that do not become client work after 12 months without meaningful contact. Active client correspondence is retained with the relevant engagement records for as long as needed to deliver the work and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Information needed for an ongoing dispute or legal obligation may be retained for that purpose.
This policy covers our handling of correspondence. The website does not automatically delete messages from email inboxes.
Website operation and preferences
This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics and does not create visitor accounts. It follows your device’s light or dark preference. Motion follows your device’s reduced-motion preference. Obsolete saved theme and pause overrides are removed by the website.
Our hosting provider may process technical information, such as your IP address and request details, to serve and protect the website. The enquiry service uses temporary, hashed identifiers in server memory to limit repeated submissions. We rely on our legitimate interest in operating a reliable website and preventing misuse. The application does not store enquiry content in its own database or application logs.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access or correct your personal information, or request deletion or restriction of its use. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. A right to receive or transfer certain information may also apply, depending on how and why it is processed. These rights have conditions and exceptions.
Contact info@emeksense.com to make a request. We may need to confirm your identity. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK data protection regulator.
